The Dead of Affiliate Program – 4 Major Problems
Recently, every bloggers would like to start making money online by joining affiliate program. Trending nowdays, each bloggers may present ads, banners or review the products or Afiiliate Program at their blogs.
There are various program all about Affiliate Program. We have Pay Per Click (PPC) program, Pay Per Lead (PPL), Pay Per Sale, Pay Per Survey, Pay Per Download, Pay Per Sign Up, Referral Program and much more.
From basic knowledge about making money via Affiliate Porgram, we may earn some revenue if someone purchase or buy the items or services through our affiliate link. Everyone would like to try and match some combination of certain Affiliate Program that they joined to monetize their revenue. But nowdays, it is not easily to earn more revenue even though too many Affiliate Program that we have today and have to join.
There are 4 Major Factors which I find that mostly cause we are unable to earn more money via Affiliate Program.
1 – Promoting Affiliate Program are much more Competitors!
If we joining certain Affiliate Program for around 4 to 5 years ago, it is quite easily to us to earn more revenue. Why? Surely, for 4 to 5 years ago, nobody or there are less people know about Affiliate Program. So, less competitors and less afford to make people who do not know about Affiliate Program to buy through our Affiliate link or banners or to let them join Affiliate Program from our Affiliate link.
Today, everyone know all about Affiliate Program and they maybe have joined just earlier than you!
From this problem, you will lost 10% chances to earn profit via Affiliate Program.
2 – People know what your are promoting!
If you promote some items or Affiliate Program, there are so easily to let people know you are trying to promote that items/program! Yeah sure at first, before they may click the link or banner, they firstly may look what is the link is about at the Status Bar, at the bottom left of their browser.
Person who do not know about Affiliate Program will click your link or banner without care what is the link. But people who are know about Affiliate Program will not click your link! You actually expose them to know those website may offer the Affiliate Program. This way will let them to join the Affiliate Program too!
From this problem, you will lost 10% chances to earn profit via Affiliate Program.
3 – Easy to Jumping or Hijacking
If you promoting Affiliate Program especially Referrer Program, only some of them will join under your link!. Most Affiliater will not join via your link but they may come or join the program directly from the site. We called this Hijacking. This is a huge or biggest mistake as Affiliater does!
Why people do that? Why Affiliater mostly like to join some program directly through the website without from our Affiliate’s link? Or maybe from other affiliate? As human, we have jelousy and we have habit.
We are not robots or bots. They may be jelous to do not let you earn more profit or maybe because of their habit. Remember the domain name and come to the site directly and then join the Affiliate Program.
From this problem, you may have chances to earn profit from your promotion just around 20 to 60 % chances. Even though if you choose to promote with various ways, without encounter this major problem, your promoting became useless!
YOU WILL WASTE A LOT OF TIMES FROM THE REST OF YOUR LIFE! Absolutely less or no earning. Making money online will make your life so pressure!
This is a main and major problem for ALL Affiliate Program! Most Affiliater fail to earn even any cents because of they do not know or care about this problem or try to prevent this problem from occur at their promotion.
From this problem, you will lost up to 40% chances to earn profit via Affiliate Program. Less chances you get, more afford and more time you need to earn money!
4 – Browser, Session Cache and Cookie.
Basically, most Affiliate Program use Session cache or Cookie to save or store your Affiliate ID or Username at the visitor’s browser for recent use until it will expired itself. Most Affiliate Program will store cookies at least 30 to 90 days lifetime and almost depend on the cache’s setting at the browser.
You should know that the Session Cache or cookie is only work for the browser that they may used. If they are using Mozilla Firefox to browse and visit via your affiliate’s link to the promoted website, next time if they visit again directly through the website with the same browser at the same computer, you may have a chances to get referral or sales.
Most internet user may have at least two browser installed in their computer. Internet Explorer was installed with package and other alternative browser such as Google Chrome, Opera or Mozilla Firefox. How about if next time they may use the other browsers to buy the products or register the Affiliate Program? You may lose the potential referrer.
How about if they use the same browser but they may clean the cache and cookie to let their browser run smoothly and faster? By using Mozilla Firefox, they may set to clean the cache and cookie each time they close the browser or timing it once a week. So even though the Affiliate Program have offer 1 year cookie lifetime, it is still useless!
This problem is subjective and AJ think there are no solution as we are Affiliater may not able to encounter this problem. Otherwise, the Affiliate Program should offer the dedicated Affiliate Program as extra functionality besides using Session Cache and Cookie.
From this problem you may lost around 20% chances to earn profit via Affiliate Program.
In next article, AJ will explain the best way how to optimize your promotion’s chances from 20% to become 80% to earn profit! The sicret will be reveal. Promote the affiliate link or banner without nobody know you are promoting the Affiliate link! Even though they are Super Affiliate!

Yeah, me too. After some research for Affiliate Marketing, then I realize that this is a main big mistake in All Affiliate Program. That’s why we are so difficult to get any referral even though too much promote.
Everyone might do that and this mistake might give more advantages to the owner’s of Affiliate Program/Website. Free traffic and Rangking with no/less cost.

Ada beberapa cara nak solve apa-apa berkaitan program Affiliate/Referrer yang kita join supaya boleh dapat potensi sales/referrer. Caranya adalah Encounter problem ke-2 problem utama itu terlebih dahulu.
Caranya ialah supaya link yang dibuat tidak memaparkan URL Affiliate bro kat Status Bar tetapi hanya memaparkan URL laman web promosi. Dengan cara ini cukup berkesan tuk treat orang klik link itu.
Sales pun bertambah (Convertion klik tuk sales@register adalah tinggi)

Yup betul. Walaupun agak sukar, bergantung pada produk juga. kalau produk ada permintaan banyak ok juga promosi..
Persaingan dalam industri Program Affiliate kini semakin sengit. So kualiti produk dan sistem pemasaran mesti juga bagus.

Oh, Maybe you may here 1 ebook called THE DEAD OF ADSENSE. It was not because adsense was dead, more about problem about adsense.
80% people online start to make money online will playing with Affiliate Program. Then they stop to do that or try/changing another program and so on.
By define some aspect/factors the affiliate program’s weekness, I called these dead of Affliate Program, we may try finding the solution for this problem. The solutions soon I will call The New Life of Affiliate Program, some tips and trick I used and some of them quite efective especially by using weblog promotion or review.
Sorry this comment is in English. Oh, I’m not good writer especially in plain English to write as good as pro writer. Why not try right?

Some people would think that affiliate marketing is pretty much a waste of time. However, as I’ve said before on some posts, this business is not for the weak of heart. This needs as significant amount of research work and trial and error. How many people do you think will do market research first before diving into this business? Most people do not understand what hard work really is.

Yeah, I agree with your opinion. Most people are not really understand and do hard work for affiliate marketing. They may do lack of research until they jump to the Scam program. These cause them lost so many time until they find that affiliate marketing is wasting so much time..
By the way, this article is not explaining about Scam Affiliate Program. its’ major more about technical technique or tools that Affiliate marketers do not use to boost their marketing. Thanks bro. Good info for beginners like me. Other than affiliate programs, what do you think will become a hit (internet money making) in this year 2010? As there are too many programs, don’t know which one would really work, all promise sound profit but i can’t even make a cent until now but yeah..i’m not giving up. Your advice..perhaps?

2010 is the Paid To Click (PTC) industry and rapidly growing and become famous. Affiliate Program such like this is much easier to get money. Click ads and get paid. But you should join the really trusted (HIGH LEGIT) only because thousand of PTC program you may find soon mostly SCAM.
